1. Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no extra cost. This service usually delivers within 2-3 working days, however Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times. To qualify for same day dispatch:
• Orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day
• All required documents must be received and approved by 2:30pm

2. Royal Mail Tracked 48 (FREE)

2.1. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is our standard FREE shipping option.
2.2. This service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days to most UK addresses, though delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
2.3. Full tracking is provided so you can monitor your delivery.
2.4. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.
2.5. No signature is required – your plates are packaged to fit through most standard letterboxes.
2.6. To qualify for same day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day AND all required documents must be received and approved by 2:30pm.

3. Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.95)

3.1. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as an upgrade for £4.95.
3.2. This service aims for next working day delivery to most UK addresses, though delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
3.3. To qualify for same day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day AND all required documents must be received and approved by 2:30pm.
3.4. Full tracking is provided so you can monitor your delivery.
3.5. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.
3.6. No signature is required – your plates are packaged to fit through most standard letterboxes.

4. Royal Mail Special Delivery (£10.95)

4.1. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is available as a premium upgrade for £10.95.
4.2. Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery by 1pm (Monday to Friday).
4.3. To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day AND all required documents must be received and approved by 2:30pm.
4.4. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
4.5. Special Delivery includes full tracking and compensation cover.
4.6. A signature is required upon delivery.

5. Evri Ship to Pickup Point (£5.95)

5.1. Evri Ship to Pickup Point is available for £5.95.
5.2. Your order will be delivered to your chosen Evri ParcelShop or locker for convenient collection.
5.3. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
5.4. To qualify for same day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day AND all required documents must be received and approved by 2:30pm.
5.5. You will receive tracking information and notifications when your parcel is ready to collect.
5.6. Parcels are held at the pickup point for up to 7 days.
5.7. No signature is required at your door – simply collect at your convenience.
5.8. Ideal if you're not home during the day or prefer flexible collection times.

6. Delivery Terms & Conditions

6.1. Free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 is available for UK mainland addresses only.
6.2. To receive same day dispatch, your order must be placed before 2pm AND your documents must be received by 2:30pm and approved.
6.3. If documents are received after 2:30pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day.
6.4. We cannot begin production until your documents have been verified and approved.
6.5. During busy periods or exceptional circumstances, dispatch times may be extended.
6.6. While Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days and Tracked 24 aims for next day delivery, these are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

7. How It Works

7.1. Place your order before 2pm on a working day.
7.2. Select your preferred delivery method at checkout (Royal Mail Tracked 48 FREE, Tracked 24 £4.95, Special Delivery £10.95, or Evri Pickup £5.95).
7.3. Upload your required documents immediately after ordering.
7.4. Documents received by 2:30pm will be reviewed and approved same day.
7.5. Once approved, your plates are manufactured and dispatched.
7.6. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

8. Delivery Address

8.1. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout.
8.2. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
8.3. If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once dispatched.

9. Failed Deliveries

9.1. Royal Mail: If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel will be left at your local delivery office for collection or redelivery can be arranged.
9.2. Evri: Your parcel will be held at your chosen pickup point for 7 days. You will receive reminder notifications before it is returned.
9.3. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us.
9.4. Redelivery charges may apply for returned parcels.

10. Damaged or Lost Parcels

10.1. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and plates.
10.2. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
10.3. We cannot issue replacements or refunds until the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.

11. Delivery Locations

11.1. Free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 is available to all UK mainland addresses.
11.2. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may take longer and incur additional charges.
11.3. Evri Pickup Points are available at thousands of locations across the UK including local shops, supermarkets, and parcel lockers.
11.4. We do not currently ship internationally.
